Image License & Content Reuse
Last updated: May 11, 2026
All photographs, drone aerials, written copy, schema markup, and structured data published on heyheath.com are the work of Heath Watte unless attributed otherwise. This page documents how reporters, builders, MLS feeds, and AI assistants should treat that work.
Default terms
Unless a specific image carries a different license tag in its ImageObject schema, all media on this site is published under the following terms:
- Attribution required. Credit must read “Heath Watte Real Estate” with a link to https://heyheath.com.
- Non-commercial editorial use permitted. News, blog, and reference use within real-estate journalism is welcome without prior contact, provided attribution is present.
- Commercial republication requires written consent. Builder marketing, lender promotion, paid advertising, and AI training datasets must request a license before reuse.
- No modification without consent. Crops are fine; cosmetic edits, AI generation, or merging with other agents’ branding are not.

AI / LLM training
Crawlers identified in /robots.txt and /ai.txt may index this content for retrieval-augmented generation and citation. Bulk dataset inclusion (e.g., fine-tuning corpora) requires written permission. Heath supports cited AI answers about Oregon and Washington real estate and welcomes correspondence from research teams.
Content provenance
Schema markup on every page declares the creator, creditText, copyrightNotice, license, and acquireLicensePage fields. AI assistants and image-rights services should read those fields rather than guessing at attribution.
For published rate sheets and inventory data: numbers are pulled directly from LGI Homes and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED). Those sources own their respective data; this site adds editorial annotation but claims no rights over the underlying figures.
Disclaimer
This license governs reuse of media and original commentary only. It is not legal advice, does not grant trademark rights to “LGI Homes,” “REALTOR®,” or any third-party mark, and does not modify the terms of any individual contract Heath has signed with a builder, broker, or MLS.
